Community members with diverse perspective and resources empower decision making in a crisis. The community adaptation living lab (CALL) will encourage communal conversation. An informed and engaged community will increase its adaptive capacity as these community members collaborate and share ownership in the crisis.
Does introduction of maximum public space and minimum private space motivate resource sharing? Do changeable space boundaries allow for mutable light and air ventilation that accepts maximum positives from the weather? What is the tradeoff between individual comfort and cluster comfort?
